We only promote and sell accommodations inside packaged itineraries.
We do not sell accommodations without other arrangements.
For accommodation only, or Airbnb rentals, we refer you to the accommodation booking portals.
We do not sell villa stays in privately owned villas. We only cooperate with villa resorts under professional hotel management.
Our activity option list is endless, and has been sourced and contracted with the very best activity operators. Here we not only focus on the cheapest rates and therefore we do not guarantee the cheapest rates; but we focus on quality, reliability, liability and most of all the safety.

After living and sharing a life full of passion and love, our founder and driving force sadly passed away in 2025 at a relatively young age, following a brief hospitalization and succumbing to a lung disease. “Ibu Jero” 1974 – 2025
As a Balinese woman, she forged a unique path and was ultimately responsible for organizing the vacations of countless guests from all over the world over the past three decades. She was a beloved and highly respected figure in the local and international tourism world. Born and raised in the popular surfing mecca “Medewi,” in West Bali. As a late teenager, she met a friendly British couple who were jewelers active in the silver industry; they would travel to Bali several times a year to place jewelry orders with the silversmiths around Ubud, combining these buying trips with a surfing vacation. Because they had developed a close friendship with Ibu Jero, they invited her to come to London under their guidance and sponsorship to learn the tricks of the trade, so she could later use this knowledge to her own advantage. Her stay in London was extended to two years, after which homesickness brought her back to her home island.
What she brought back with her was her knowledge, her experiences and her drive to start her own business in Bali – something that, at that time, was by no means a given for a young Balinese woman in a male-dominated world and culture.
Unknown to many at the time was the truly magnificent Bali National Park, in West Bali, and Ibu Jero decided to organise tours there, seeking partnerships with local inbound agents; step by step, she was thus able to set up her first small business.
One partner was a major local Inbound agent which quickly recognized her talents and ambitions, took her small firm under its wing and provided mentorship, and gradually assigned her ‘conflict business’ (inbound accounts that, due to competition, did not fit under its own umbrella).
Step by step, she achieved independence, with strong annual growth driven by new overseas clients, and slowly but steadily grew into a mid-sized Indonesian DMC, with rising annual turnover and dozens of internal and external staff.
Always remaining true to our core ‘B2B’ ethos, craftsmanship that required a great deal of knowledge and expertise, and above all, constant respect and appreciation for the many external staff who carry out the hard groundwork, such as guides and drivers.
Constantly striving and adapting to uncontrollable situations that arose unexpectedly over the years, such as: civil unrest at the time of the fall of former President Suharto, the SARS virus, 9/11, the massive tsunami, various earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, coping with and recovering from the loss of a partner due to bankruptcy or takeover, the rise of large international DMC groups, the changing travel industry and direct sales, and the Covid pandemic period.
But certainly also the appreciation and gratitude towards our partners – some of whom have remained loyal through thick and thin for many years, and with some of whom a deep personal friendship has developed.
Several of you have also met her in Bali during buying trips, familiarisation trips or private holidays.
in accordance with Balinese Hindu rituals, she was given a beautiful cremation ceremony, attended not only by family and friends, of course, but also by countless suppliers, guides, drivers, hoteliers and others who had come from all over Bali and beyond to say their goodbyes.
The day-to-day running of the company is now in the hands of her eldest son, who not only grew up in ‘the business’ but has also been fully involved for several years – starting at the bottom and rising to become his mother’s right-hand man.
Ibu Jero will be sorely missed, but the same team remains, and will continue to advise on, organize and carry out wonderful travel itineraries to Indonesia and Malaysia in the classic, familiar and much-appreciated manner, just as it has been since Ibu Jero founded her first small travel agency in 1994.
