We cooperate directly with hundreds of accommodation providers throughout Indonesia, offering everything from budget-friendly properties and 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels to high-end, exclusive resorts and luxury villa resorts.
Thanks to our many years of experience and our long-standing relationships and friendships with accommodation providers across Indonesia, we have built strong purchasing power. This enables us to negotiate competitive rates and favorable conditions for our clients.
Your assigned Travel Butler will provide carefully selected accommodation suggestions based on the budget, preferences and specifications of each inquiry. The chosen accommodation will then be incorporated into the complete packaged holiday proposal.
We exclusively promote and sell accommodations as part of a complete travel package.
We do not sell accommodation on a stand-alone basis. For accommodation-only bookings or Airbnb rentals, we recommend using the appropriate accommodation booking portals.
Please note that we do not sell stays in privately owned villas. We work exclusively with professionally managed villa resorts and properties operated under established hospitality management.
Our activity options are virtually endless, carefully sourced and contracted with some of the very best and most reliable local activity operators.
We do not focus solely on finding the cheapest rates, and therefore we do not claim to offer the lowest prices. Instead, our priority is quality, reliability, professional service, liability, and above all, safety.

In Memory of Our Founder and Driving Force
After a life shared with passion, dedication and love, our founder and driving force sadly passed away in 2025 at a relatively young age, following a brief hospitalization and a battle with lung disease.
“Ibu Jero” — 1974–2025
As a Balinese woman, she forged a remarkable and unique path. Over the course of three decades, she became responsible for organizing the holidays and journeys of countless guests from all over the world. She was a beloved and highly respected figure, both within the local tourism community and among our international partners.
Born and raised in Medewi, the popular surfing mecca of West Bali, she encountered an opportunity that would ultimately shape the course of her life.
As a teenager, she met a friendly British couple who were jewelers active in the silver industry. They travelled to Bali several times a year to place jewelry orders with silversmiths around Ubud, combining their business trips with surfing holidays.
Having developed a close friendship with Ibu Jero, they invited her to accompany them to London, under their guidance and sponsorship, where she could learn the jewelry trade and gain valuable experience that she could later use to build a future of her own.
What was initially intended as a shorter stay eventually became two years in London. Eventually, homesickness brought her back to her beloved home island of Bali.
She returned with something far more valuable than material possessions: knowledge, experience, confidence and an entrepreneurial spirit. She was determined to establish her own business in Bali — something that, at the time, was by no means an obvious or easy path for a young Balinese woman in a predominantly male business environment and culture.
At that time, relatively few people were familiar with the truly magnificent Bali Barat National Park in West Bali. Ibu Jero saw an opportunity and began organizing tours to the area, seeking cooperation with local inbound travel agents.
Step by step, she established her first small travel business.
One of her early partners was a major local inbound agent that quickly recognized her talent, determination and ambition. They took her small company under their wing, provided mentorship and gradually entrusted her with what was then referred to as “conflict business” — inbound accounts that, largely because of competition, did not fit within their own portfolio.
It was an important stepping stone.
Step by step, Ibu Jero built her independence. Driven by strong annual growth and an expanding network of overseas clients, her small enterprise gradually developed into a respected, mid-sized Indonesian DMC, with steadily increasing turnover and dozens of internal and external team members.
Throughout this journey, she remained true to the principles that still define us today: a strong B2B ethos, professional craftsmanship requiring genuine knowledge and expertise, and — above all — constant respect and appreciation for the many people who do the hard work on the ground, including our guides, drivers and other operational partners.
Over the years, she and the company constantly had to adapt to unexpected and often uncontrollable circumstances: the civil unrest surrounding the fall of President Suharto; SARS; 9/11; the devastating Indian Ocean tsunami; earthquakes and volcanic eruptions; the loss of business partners through bankruptcy or takeover; the growing presence of large international DMC groups; profound changes within the travel industry and the rise of direct sales; and, ultimately, the unprecedented challenges of the Covid pandemic.
Through all of these events, she persevered.
Equally important was her deep appreciation and gratitude towards our many partners. Some have remained loyal to us through thick and thin for many years. With others, professional cooperation gradually developed into genuine and lasting personal friendships.
Many of you will also have met Ibu Jero personally in Bali — during buying trips, familiarisation trips or private holidays. For those who knew her, she was much more than simply a business partner.
In accordance with Balinese Hindu traditions and rituals, Ibu Jero was given a beautiful and dignified cremation ceremony. Family and close friends were joined by countless suppliers, guides, drivers, hoteliers and other tourism partners who travelled from across Bali and beyond to pay their final respects.
It was a deeply moving testament to the impact she had on the lives of so many people.
Today, the day-to-day running of the company is in the hands of her eldest son. He not only grew up within the business, but has also been fully involved in its operations for many years. Starting at the bottom, learning every aspect of the business and working his way up, he eventually became his mother's right-hand man.
Ibu Jero is sorely missed.
But the team she built remains.
And so does the spirit, knowledge, experience and commitment that she instilled in the company.
We will continue to advise, organize and operate memorable journeys throughout Indonesia and Malaysia, in the familiar, personal and much-appreciated manner that has been our hallmark since Ibu Jero founded her first small travel agency in 1994.
Her journey ended too soon.
Her legacy continues.
